Service Description
An electronic service that allows beneficiaries to apply for updating a manual or lost deed, issuing an electronic deed, or submitting a request to amend an electronic deed without consulting a notary public.
Service requirements
- Attach a photo of the instrument from the front and back
- Attach a copy of supporting files, if any.
- The instrument must not be previously registered.
- Survey decision or real estate ID

The instrument must be valid
The deed must not be previously registered, and this can be verified through the real estate service.
The entered instrument data must reflect what is contained in the instrument.
The property data (city name, district name, plot number, and plan number) must be correct and consistent with what is in the deed or letter issued by the competent authority, with a copy of it attached.

From 1 day to 3 days
