It is an approved document issued by the company. It is a detailed statement of the entitlements of each heir and the amount of their legal share as a percentage, as well as the actual value and number of shares due to each heir. This document is approved by the State Real Estate Authority, the Central Bank, the Capital Market Authority, banks, and major private companies.
